1. About GLP Buddy
GLP Buddy is a personal wellness tracker for GLP-1 medication routines, nutrition and progress. It is not a medical device or a substitute for professional care.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and use the service lawfully. The service is for personal, noncommercial use.
3. Medical disclaimer
Content, calculations, estimated medication charts and app features are for education and personal tracking only. They do not diagnose, treat or prescribe and are not medical advice. Follow your prescriber's instructions. Contact a qualified healthcare professional before changing medication, dose or treatment. Seek urgent medical care when needed.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the information you enter. Tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another person's account without permission, submit unlawful content, or attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service except where the law permits.
6. Communications
If you provide an email address, we may send reports, newsletters or product updates according to your choices. You can unsubscribe from optional messages. An email address is not required for core tracking features.
7. Privacy and deletion

8. Third-party services
Providers such as Beehiiv, Resend and PostHog help operate parts of the service. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use them.
9. Subscriptions and payments
If you purchase a subscription, the purchase screen will show its terms. App Store or Google Play handles billing, renewals and cancellations under its rules. Deleting your GLP Buddy account does not automatically cancel a subscription; manage it through the store where you purchased it.
10. Intellectual property
GLP Buddy's name, design, content and software belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a limited right to use the service, not ownership of it.
11. Availability
We may update, suspend or discontinue features. We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
12. Termination
You may stop using GLP Buddy or delete your account. We may restrict access if these terms are violated or if required to protect users or comply with law.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GLP Buddy is provided as available without warranties. We are not liable for losses caused by relying on the service as medical advice or for interruptions beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or violation of these terms.
15. Applicable law
These terms are subject to applicable law. Your local consumer rights may also apply.
16. Changes
We may revise these terms and post the updated version here. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms, where applicable law permits.
