Less effort to log a meal.
Use a photo, voice or text for food logging. Keep water entries nearby when you want a record of your daily intake, without tying the pill entry to a mealtime.

A daily pill can become part of your day without taking over your day. Log Foundayo in GLP Buddy, look back at your week and keep the everyday details close.
Daily orforglipron pill records, seven-day adherence history and a journal for how you feel. For iPhone and Android.

An oral GLP-1 companion
GLP Buddy is a Foundayo tracker for iPhone and Android. Record daily orforglipron tablets, review your seven-day adherence history and keep weight, symptom and wellness entries in the same app.
Foundayo is a pill, so this page focuses on daily logging rather than injection sites or weekly shot countdowns. Your journal helps you remember what you entered. Your prescription and care team guide how you take the medicine.
Make room for one small habit
A simple recording habit can leave fewer details to reconstruct later.
If it fits your prescribed plan, pair your logging habit with something you already do each day. The aim is a repeatable cue, not another complicated routine.
Log the daily pill you actually took. A plan to take it later is different from a completed entry. Check that the medication and strength match your prescription.
You do not need to finish a meal diary or weigh yourself before recording a pill. Add other check-ins when they help you, not to make every day look complete.
Seven days, one useful look back
GLP Buddy's seven-day adherence view brings your daily pill records into a short, readable history. Use it to check your entries while the week is still fresh.
The history reflects what you logged. It cannot independently confirm that a tablet was taken, and a missing entry is not permission to take another tablet.
The pill is only one part of the day
Foundayo logging can sit alongside everyday records without turning them into a medical score.
Use a photo, voice or text for food logging. Keep water entries nearby when you want a record of your daily intake, without tying the pill entry to a mealtime.
Explore GLP Buddy features ↗Record symptom intensity and notes, plus mood, hunger or food noise. Write what you noticed in your own terms so it is easier to describe later.
Explore symptom tracking ↗Keep dated weight entries and review a longer stretch of your journey. Your journal preserves observations; your healthcare team helps interpret them.
Explore weight tracking ↗The medicine behind the name
Foundayo is an oral GLP-1 receptor agonist. The FDA approved it in April 2026 for weight management in eligible adults, alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity. Read the FDA approval announcement.
The U.S. label describes once-daily tablets, taken with or without food and swallowed whole. Foundayo is not semaglutide. Do not transfer another tablet's instructions or milligram amounts to this product. Your prescriber sets the strength and any changes. Read the Foundayo prescribing information.
Foundayo tracker FAQs
Yes. GLP Buddy supports Foundayo, the orforglipron tablet, with daily pill logging and a seven-day adherence history. You can also record weight, symptoms, meals, water, mood, hunger and food noise. GLP Buddy is available for iPhone and Android.
Foundayo is the brand name; orforglipron is its active ingredient. They refer to the same medication in this guide, not two products to take together. Match the medication and strength in your record to your prescription.
The U.S. prescribing information says Foundayo is taken once daily, with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole. Follow your own prescription and product instructions rather than applying the instructions for a different oral GLP-1 medicine.
Use the current Foundayo Medication Guide and advice from your pharmacist or prescriber, not a journal entry, to decide what to do. The U.S. guide says not to take two doses in the same day and to contact your healthcare provider if you miss seven or more days in a row. GLP Buddy does not choose a restart dose.
Record the strength you actually took and the date it changed. Keep earlier entries accurate to the prescription at that time. Your clinician decides whether and when the strength changes; an adherence history is not a dose-escalation recommendation.
Yes. Log symptoms with intensity and notes, and keep separate hunger or food noise check-ins. These records help you describe the experience, but do not establish that Foundayo caused a symptom or that a dose needs changing. Seek care for concerning symptoms rather than waiting for a pattern.
It includes both daily pill records and everyday wellness tracking. Alongside Foundayo logging, you can log food with a photo, voice or text, record water and follow your weight history. Choose the records that are useful to you; a complete food diary is not required to record a pill.
No. It shows the pill entries you logged over that period. It cannot verify that a tablet was swallowed, measure absorption or judge your treatment response. Your healthcare team assesses your health goals and any monitoring you need.
