Retatrutide Dosage Calculator

Enter a vial size, liquid volume and amount to compare. Then choose a 0.3, 0.5 or 1 mL syringe to see the theoretical volume on that scale. All three size options use U-100 markings. This is arithmetic, not a dosing guide.

Calculate the volume math

i

The total milligrams stated on a hypothetical vial label. This tool cannot confirm what a vial actually contains.

mg
i

Enter a liquid volume only to explore the arithmetic. The calculator does not tell you whether bacteriostatic water is appropriate or how to prepare a product.

mL
i

A milligram amount to compare mathematically. This is not a recommended or verified retatrutide dose.

mg
i

Select the capacity of a U-100 scale: 0.3 mL has 30 markings, 0.5 mL has 50, and 1 mL has 100. Syringe graduation spacing can vary.

THEORETICAL VOLUME ON SELECTED SYRINGE

Enter the three amounts to see a volume illustration. Syringe size changes the scale, not the calculation.

Important: Retatrutide is investigational and is not FDA approved. This tool cannot verify a vial's identity, purity, concentration, or safety. Do not use it to choose a dose or prepare an injection. Speak with a qualified clinician.

A QUICK WALKTHROUGH

How the Retatrutide Dosage Calculator works

The tool uses three entered amounts and one syringe-size choice. It cannot tell what is actually inside a vial.

  1. Enter the stated vial amount

Type the hypothetical or documented total amount in milligrams. The tool cannot verify a label or substance.

  2. Enter the BAC water volume

Type a liquid volume in milliliters to explore the math. The tool does not recommend any liquid or preparation method.

  3. Enter an amount to compare

Use a milligram amount solely to inspect the mathematical relationship, not to select treatment.

  4. Select a syringe capacity and read the scale

Choose 0.3, 0.5 or 1 mL. All three options use U-100 markings. Size changes the visual capacity, not the calculated mL or mg.

Retatrutide mg, mL and syringe-marking formula

Concentration (mg/mL) equals the stated vial amount (mg) divided by the entered liquid volume (mL). Comparison volume (mL) equals the comparison amount (mg) divided by that calculated concentration. For the U-100 scales supported here, multiply mL by 100 to get volume markings.

For a hypothetical 10 mg in 2 mL, the calculated concentration is 5 mg/mL. Comparing 1 mg gives 0.2 mL, equivalent to 20 U-100 volume markings. The same 0.2 mL occupies different proportions of a 0.3, 0.5 and 1 mL syringe, but its volume does not change. This example cannot confirm that any vial contains 10 mg, and the 1 mg amount is not a recommendation.

Safety and regulatory status: Lilly says retatrutide is investigational and not approved for public use. The FDA warns that unapproved retatrutide products may be marketed unlawfully and that retatrutide cannot be used in compounding under federal law. These calculations do not verify product quality or make self-administration safe.

Which syringe sizes does this calculator show?

The selector shows 0.3 mL (30 markings), 0.5 mL (50 markings) and 1 mL (100 markings). These are three capacities of the same U-100 scale, not three different unit systems. Selecting a smaller syringe changes how much of the illustration is filled. It never changes the calculated concentration or volume.

The illustration does not model U-40, U-500 or a pen's clicks. Real syringes can have different graduation increments, so a mathematical result may not be physically measurable with a particular device. The American Diabetes Association documents the common U-100 capacities.

Retatrutide Dosage Calculator FAQs

What does the Retatrutide Dosage Calculator calculate?

It uses the values you enter to show theoretical concentration in mg/mL, liquid volume in mL, and the corresponding markings on the selected U-100 syringe size. It cannot verify a vial or recommend a dose.

Are the 0.3 mL, 0.5 mL and 1 mL syringes different types?

They are different capacities, not different calibration types. All three calculator options assume U-100 markings: 30, 50 or 100 markings across the full syringe, respectively. Actual syringe graduation spacing can vary.

How many mg is 20 units of retatrutide?

There is no fixed mg value for 20 syringe markings. It depends on the stated concentration. On a U-100 scale, 20 markings equal 0.2 mL. In a hypothetical 10 mg in 2 mL example, the concentration is 5 mg/mL and 0.2 mL represents 1 mg. This does not verify any vial or recommend that amount.

How many mg is 40 units of retatrutide?

The answer depends on concentration, not syringe capacity. On a U-100 scale, 40 markings equal 0.4 mL. If a hypothetical vial held 10 mg in 2 mL, the calculated concentration would be 5 mg/mL and 0.4 mL would represent 2 mg. A 0.3 mL syringe cannot display that volume.

How many syringe units is 4 mg of retatrutide?

There is no universal conversion. First calculate stated mg divided by liquid mL to get mg/mL, then divide 4 mg by that concentration and multiply the resulting mL by 100 for U-100 markings. The calculator also checks whether that volume fits the selected syringe size. This is arithmetic, not dosing guidance.

How does this calculator convert retatrutide mg to syringe markings?

It divides the stated vial mg by liquid mL to estimate mg/mL, divides the comparison mg by that concentration to estimate mL, then multiplies mL by 100 for U-100 markings. These are volume markings, not units of retatrutide.

Does changing from a 0.3 mL to a 1 mL syringe change the calculated amount?

No. Changing among the 0.3, 0.5 and 1 mL options changes the illustrated capacity only. The concentration and calculated liquid volume stay the same. If the volume exceeds the chosen capacity, the result is withheld.

Can I use this calculator with a U-40 syringe or another scale?

No. Every option here assumes U-100 markings. U-40 and other scales have different markings per milliliter, so this illustration must not be used for them.

How much BAC water should I add to retatrutide?

This calculator does not recommend a liquid type or amount and does not provide mixing instructions. It only calculates a mathematical relationship from a volume you enter. Retatrutide is investigational and products offered outside clinical trials cannot be verified by this tool.

Does the retatrutide calculator count pen clicks?

No. This page models a stated vial amount and liquid volume, not a pen device or click mechanism. Syringe volume markings and pen clicks are different measurements.

Is retatrutide FDA approved?

No. Lilly describes retatrutide as investigational, and the FDA says retatrutide is not an ingredient in an FDA-approved drug. It is being studied in clinical trials.

Can this calculator tell me how much retatrutide to take?

No. It does not provide a starting dose, escalation plan, schedule, or instructions for use. A calculated volume cannot verify an unapproved product’s identity, purity, or concentration.
