Delete your GLP Buddy account and data

Delete in the app

1. Open GLP Buddy and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
3. Review the confirmation and confirm deletion.

In-app deletion permanently removes your account and associated app data immediately. This action cannot be undone. If you cannot access the app or your account, use the email option below.

Request deletion by email

Email hello@glpbuddy.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject Delete My Data. If that address is unavailable, tell us enough to locate your account safely. We may ask for verification before deleting it. We complete verified email requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Account information, including your name, email address and user ID, plus data you entered or generated in the app: weight and body measurements, food and calorie logs, water and fasting logs, injections or pill and medication logs, side effects, mood, progress photos and Dr. Milo chat history.

What may be retained

Purchase and subscription records that must be kept for legal, tax or accounting reasons may remain with the relevant store or payment provider, including Google Play and RevenueCat. These records do not include your health-tracking logs and may be retained for up to seven years where required. Limited anonymized analytics may also remain. All other associated personal data is removed through the in-app flow immediately or within 30 days after a verified email request.
