Notice the practical effect.
What did the symptom interrupt? Could you manage your usual food, drink or activities? Describe the experience without deciding how serious it must be from an app score alone.
Investigational, not approved. Retatrutide is available only through Lilly's clinical trials. GLP Buddy is a journal, not access to study treatment. Check Lilly's current information ↗
Built by GLP-1 users · For GLP-1 users
Keep personal observations organized without confusing them with the study record. GLP Buddy brings medication entries, symptoms and weight history into one everyday journal.
For iPhone and Android. If you are participating in a trial, check with your research team before using an additional tracker.

What GLP Buddy supports
GLP Buddy includes retatrutide tracking on iPhone and Android. It can organize permitted medication entries, weight readings, symptoms and everyday wellness check-ins. It does not provide retatrutide, determine eligibility or connect you to a study.
A personal journal serves your memory. It does not replace consent documents, investigator instructions, study diaries, safety reports or the measurements a research site collects.
Two records, different jobs
Observations you are permitted to keep, recorded in GLP Buddy for your own review.
The study's forms, contacts and instructions, completed through the channels your team specifies.
These are separate records. Do not assume an app entry is sent to your research team.
Research is not approval
Retatrutide, also called LY3437943, is an investigational molecule being evaluated in Phase 3 trials. It targets GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors. Trial results do not create an approved indication or a personal treatment plan. Read Lilly's retatrutide FAQ.
The FDA says retatrutide cannot be used in compounding under U.S. federal law. It warns against consumer products marketed under research-use labels. Selecting a name in an app cannot verify identity, purity or safety.

If your team permits personal symptom journaling, describe what happened and how it affected you. GLP Buddy includes symptom intensity and notes. Your research team decides the clinical meaning.
Illustrative wording, not a patient report
“I felt nauseated after breakfast and could not finish my usual meal.”
This describes an experience. It does not label the cause, identify a study allocation or decide whether treatment should change.
What did the symptom interrupt? Could you manage your usual food, drink or activities? Describe the experience without deciding how serious it must be from an app score alone.
If the timing is approximate, say so when you discuss it. A confident-looking date or dose is not more useful than an honest uncertainty.
Use the trial's required forms and contacts independently of your personal notes. Ask the team what to do if the details in the two records differ.
For a clearer conversation
Choose a specific entry or period you want to discuss. Your journal can help you locate an observation, but the study team has the protocol, clinical context and required records.
For medical concerns, follow your study's contact instructions. For an emergency, seek urgent medical help through local emergency services. Do not wait for a reply from an app or for enough entries to form a pattern.
GLP Buddy does not choose study doses, assess adverse events or replace required visits. It cannot use an estimated chart, appetite rating or weight trend to identify what treatment you received.
Retatrutide tracker FAQs
Yes. GLP Buddy includes retatrutide logging, alongside personal symptom, weight and wellness records on iPhone and Android. App support does not establish approval, safety or suitability. Trial participants should ask their study team whether an additional personal tracker is appropriate before entering study information.
No. As of the October 19, 2026 source check, Lilly describes retatrutide as investigational, not approved by any regulatory agency and available only through its clinical trials. GLP Buddy does not supply retatrutide or arrange access.
Do not guess a medication or dose to complete an app entry, or use weight, appetite or symptoms to infer your allocation. Follow the study team’s instructions about what you may record. If a tracker requires information you do not know, leave that medication entry out and ask your coordinator how to proceed.
Do not assume it does. GLP Buddy is a personal tracker, not the trial’s reporting system or an emergency service. Use the study’s required contact method and reporting instructions even if you have already made a personal symptom entry.
No. GLP Buddy does not prescribe, titrate or choose a restart plan. Use the instructions from your research team for study treatment, interruptions, missed visits and any changes. A general injection planner is not a clinical trial protocol.
No. The FDA states that retatrutide is not a component of an FDA-approved drug and cannot be used in compounding under U.S. federal law. It also warns about products sold to consumers under research-use labels. A tracker cannot authenticate a product or make an unapproved supply safe.
No. Your personal weigh-ins and the measurements collected by a trial may use different equipment, timing and procedures. Keep the required study measurements and visits. An app trend cannot establish a trial endpoint, treatment allocation or clinical benefit.
No. Retatrutide is a different investigational molecule, studied as an injection. It targets GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors. Tirzepatide and oral medicines have different product identities; do not transfer their amounts, instructions or approval status to retatrutide.

For other medication records, see the GLP-1 medication directory or the tirzepatide tracker. Different ingredients are not interchangeable, and a trial team must guide any treatment change.
