What this Mounjaro chart can and cannot tell you
Lilly lists six Mounjaro KwikPen strengths, from 2.5 mg to 15 mg per full 0.6 mL dose. The supplied chart treats 0.6 mL as 60 clicks. For a selected pen, this tool calculates entered mg ÷ pen strength × 60 and rounds to the nearest whole click. For instance, the model returns 30 estimated clicks for an entered 5 mg amount on a 10 mg pen. It also shows the modeled mg at that rounded count.
That conversion is not a validated way to measure a dose. Lilly's Mounjaro KwikPen instructions describe four fixed doses and a full-dose icon in the dose window.
